Boomi Cloud API Management February 2025 Release Notes
February 18, 2025
We added these features:
- Removed the allow list domain requirement for the backend endpoint address from the Domains and Traffic Routing page. Users can now define the not-allowed listed domain in the Your Endpoint Address field for the backend endpoint on the Domains and Traffic Routing page. (WA-14211)
We fixed these issues:
-
The existing
underscore.jslibrary had potential risks that may allow attackers to exploit known vulnerabilities to inject malicious code into the server, launch Cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks to steal user data, manipulate the application, gain elevated privileges on the system, or disrupt application functionality (DoS attack). To mitigate such risks, theunderscore.jslibrary file was updated to a secure version. (WA-14321) -
On the Manage My Account page of the Developer Portal, Change Email, Change Password, and Remove Membership from Boomi Cloud API Management links will be available or unavailable depending on whether you are a Boomi Platform or Boomi Cloud API Management user.
-
For Boomi Platform (or IDP) users, all three links have been removed from the Manage My Account page.
-
For Boomi Cloud API Managment (or SSO) users, only the Remove Membership from Boomi Cloud API Management link is available on the Manage My Account page; the other two links have been removed.
(WA-14462)
noteThis change is only applicable to Boomi IDP and SSO users. Classic users can still access these links on the Manage My Account page of the Developer Portal.
-
-
Updated the product name in the warning error message for Time to wait for a response from Endpoint field on the Endpoint More Settings page. (WA-14401)
-
Removed inactive usernames from all areas of Boomi Cloud API Management who had admin access. (WA-14379)
-
When selecting the API Management Profile option on the Boomi Cloud API Management homepage, Boomi Platform users navigate to the Developer Portal sign-in page instead of the Manage My Account page. We have fixed this issue so that Boomi Platform users are redirected to the Manage My Account page to view their profile information. (WA-14458)
noteThis change in behavior is only applicable to Boomi Platform (IDP) users. Boomi Cloud API Management (SSO) users must sign in on the Developer Portal page to view profile information on the Manage My Account page.
-
Creating a new user in the Boomi Platform using an existing email ID of the Boomi Cloud API Management users failed, as multiple users used the same email ID in Boomi Cloud API Management. We have fixed this issue. (WA-14449)
